1. Order Processing

Our team begins preparing your order as soon as it is placed.
Order processing typically takes up to 3 business days, during which we verify, pack, and hand your order over to our shipping partners.

Please note: orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Time & Cost

Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 10–20 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.


3. Possible Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, carrier delays, or high shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience in these rare situations.


4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to become active after shipment.


5. Why Did I Receive Only Part of My Order?

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses to ensure faster delivery.

Each package will have its own tracking number, and you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email for each shipment.


6. Making Changes to Your Order

⚠️ Time-sensitive request

If you need to update your shipping details (address, phone number) or change an item (size, color, quantity), please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Your Order Number (e.g., 008SHOP-123331)

  • Your Order Email

  • A clear description of the requested change

Once an order enters processing or shipment, changes may no longer be possible, but we will always do our best to help.


7. Missed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier may leave a notice and hold your package at a local post office or delivery center.

We recommend contacting your local carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.

Please note: we are not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses or failure to collect.


8. What If Shipping Takes Longer Than Expected?

Here’s what to do:

  1. Check your tracking status
    If the last update was within the past 7 days, your package is still moving normally.

  2. Contact us if needed
    If there have been no tracking updates for more than 7 days, please email us at contact@luviaskiin.com with your Order Number and Order Email, and we’ll investigate for you.


9. Lost or Stolen Packages

We understand how frustrating this can be and will assist you as much as possible.

  • Lost in transit:
    If the carrier confirms that your package is officially lost during transit, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

  • Marked as delivered:
    If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbors, family members, or building management first. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.


10. Shipping Origins & Destinations

  • Destinations: We ship worldwide. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will contact you immediately.

  • Shipping origins: Orders may ship from facilities in the United States, Canada, Australia, the EU, or directly from trusted manufacturing partners to ensure the best pricing and availability.

By placing an order with Luvia, you agree to the following:

  • Estimated delivery times: Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Customs & taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by local authorities.

  • Address accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

  • Delivered packages: Our responsibility ends once tracking confirms successful delivery.
